Your Front Desk team checks you in, your Beauty Consultant reads your analysis with you and agrees the plan, and your Aesthetic Therapist carries out the treatment.

Come with a clean face if you can, bring the products you are using now, and set aside around 90 minutes for a first visit.

What is the Prestige Feluxe Transformation?

It is our RM188 starting programme and it works for every skin type. You get a detailed skin analysis, a one to one consultation, your own beauty diary, the treatment itself, and a follow up afterwards.

My skin problem is different. Will it still work?

Yes. The programme is built around whatever your analysis shows, whether that is acne, dryness, pigmentation, scarring, sensitivity or dullness.

How many visits before I see a difference?

It depends on your skin and what is being treated, so it is never the same for everyone. Your Beauty Consultant gives you a realistic number after reading your analysis.

What happens on my first visit?

A detailed skin analysis, a consultation with a Beauty Consultant, your beauty diary, and your first treatment. Set aside around 90 minutes.

Does Hairbeam hurt?

Most customers find it more comfortable than waxing. The heat builds gradually and your therapist stops the moment you ask.

Do you treat men?

Yes. For hair removal, areas for men are limited to the upper body.

Can someone under 18 be treated?

Yes for facial treatments, with permission from a parent or guardian.

Where do I park?

Parking depends on what is available at each location, and there is public parking near every branch. WhatsApp the branch before you come and we will tell you where people usually park.

I am coming from Singapore. Which branch?

Bandar Baru Uda and Bandar Dato Onn are both in Johor Bahru, an easy drive from the crossings. WhatsApp either branch and we will find a time that suits your travel day.
